BREWING ACTIVITY
Whether you are an informed amateur or simply curious, you will be able to discover with this activity the many stages prior to the time of beer tasting.
Our micro brewery specializing in limited series will open its doors to you to discover the brewing process. All of these stages last about 8 hours, which is why we offer several discovery formulas:
LA TOTALE: To attend all the stages of brewing a craft beer until it is placed in a fermenter.
THE PARTIAL: To be present just at the time of the essential stages by returning several times during the day, but with the possibility of going to the beach in the meantime or starting an activity that will allow you to return to the brewery at least four times during the day.
THE FORECAST: With this option you will have the possibility to choose and elaborate your beer recipe, to participate in all the stages of brewing by taking your personalized production once the fermentation is finished. This fermentation lasts about 15 days, so this option requires you to stay at the Maison de la vigne for at least a fortnight, or to come back to pick up your bottles of beer when they are ready.
Our Guest House / Micro brewery is frequently chosen by beer lovers to spend their holidays, exciting discussions around this simple and enchanting beverage are not uncommon in our establishment. We even allowed several curious people to take the plunge into amateur brewing on their way home.
The brewing world is exciting and limitless, but the last step to make sure that all the previous ones have been worth the work they required is tasting. All the brews of Bière de la Vigne being different, the choice of beers is quite substantial depending on the season.
At the edge of the swimming pool, as an aperitif or during the meal, we will always have a fresh beer from the Vineyard to taste, in perfect agreement with the meal of our table d'hôtes and with your palate.
