This month, the table d’hôtes at Maison de la Vigne celebrates contrasts and textures.
To begin, the crisp freshness of shredded carrots meets the warmth of chorizo, all brought together by a shallot vinaigrette full of character.
The main course highlights a delicately roasted rack of lamb, paired with a beer‑braised leek compote where gentle vegetal notes and malty aromas intertwine.
For dessert, our all‑hazelnut Paris-Brest offers a generous and comforting finale.
The full menu, served with a glass of wine, is priced at €25 per person.
