Since the birth of our micro-brewery "Bière de la Vigne" last September, we have brewed nine different beers, including the must-have for the end of the year, "Christmas Beer". Traditionally dark and strong, these Christmas beers give the novice brewer the opportunity to add his personal touch to the ancestral recipe. For the Christmas beer from the Maison de la Vigne microbrewery, we spiced our brew by incorporating fig, bitter orange peels and cinnamon, to give this strong Belgian-type dark beer some aromas. festive and notes of Corsican terroir. To the eye we will appreciate the light brown color of EBC 30 index, with a very thick and persistent white head. The aromas released are rich, generous and spicy. On the palate, the roundness is marked, the sweet and caramelized flavors. The bitterness is very light, its index is 21/150, and its alcohol content is 7.88%. This beer can only be found at the Maison de la Vigne and should obviously be consumed in moderation.
