Hazelnuts from Venzolasca
04/11/2019Here we are in the middle of the hazelnut season in Venzolasca, we are in the last and better phase of this period: tasting. Indeed we often hear about the hazelnut Cervione, but the hazelnut Venzolasca is part of the geographical area of "IGP hazel Cervione" so we have in our village of Venzolasca the best hazelnut of Corsica;)
In addition to the wonderful walk that allows the harvest of these winter fruits, we love the Maison de la Vigne to gently grill our hazelnut in the oven to multiply the aromas once cooled.
