One of the house vineyard's culinary specialties is its homemade organic kiwi jam. For the preparation of this jam, Fabienne picks the kiwis herself along the river from our village of Venzolasca. This totally preserved garden is only accessible on foot, and the fruits of this property are exclusively organic.
Little known this jam with aromas of fresh fruit is delicately prepared to restore the flavor, colors and freshness of these Corsican kiwis. A refined treatment is therefore reserved for them: Few cuts, and gentle cooking in small quantities.
The result is to be enjoyed during a breakfast in our guest house, from where you can take a few samples of this kiwi jam in jars, if its flavors appeal to you.
