Yoga à la maison de la vigne

During your stay in our guest house you can indulge in the practice of yoga with François Fabienne or Zoé during their daily session. These are not yoga classes because there are no dedicated teachers with us, but we will gladly share our carpets and our terrace for an outdoor practice with a magnificent view of the sea and the surrounding nature. The sessions generally take place before breakfasts and last from ten minutes to an hour depending on the mood of the day or the time available. If you have knowledge on the subject, they will be welcome, you can adapt your sessions to your abilities and your wishes. Otherwise it could be an opportunity to discover this beneficial practice for both the body and the mind. This activity is only offered in summer since the good weather is necessary to practice outdoors. Loose fitting is advised to feel comfortable and the feet do not need any equipment since they remain bare.
These moments of relaxation and concentration are completely free and do not require any registration, just show up on the terrace next to the pool around 8 am, or decide on another schedule the night before depending on availability of each one.
The practice of yoga at the vineyard house will be entirely compatible with your vacation planning since the sessions take place at the start of the day. Namasté
